Downloading Software from Spireframe Software

• After ordering, you will first be sent an email summarizing your submitted order. Once your credit card is authorized and the order complete, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• This order confirmation email will contain your software serial number (also called a software "key"). Once you receive your software serial number, you can unlock the 14-day trial period in Value Investor. Instructions on how to unlock the trial period will be provided with the confirmation email. You do not need to download Value Investor again, unless there has been updates to the software since you last downloaded it.
